The Link is not going to let you enter the business world unarmed. We believe every business can achieve success, but most take strategy and skill. We plan on making sure every single small startup and small enterprise in Cambridge survives.
Available only to Members, Chamber Circles offers business leaders a platform to not only expand their network but explore potential partnerships with their peers as they advance their own growth both professionally and personally. The Chamber has enlisted a group of talented business leaders who will act as mentors for each ‘Circle’ which consists of between four and five people. Each ‘Circle’ mentor will lead a group discussion surrounding a pre-selected topic and will meet once a month at a time that is convenient for the whole group.
The Chamber Startup Mentorship Program (CSMP) is a mentorship-based program designed to help businesses in years 0-5 of operation in non-tech industries set and achieve new goals and accelerate their businesses. With the guidance of 7-9 experienced and reputable mentors, 5-7 local start-up businesses will develop milestone-driven action plans for their specific needs and challenges and meet with mentors on a bi-weekly basis for 6 months to learn, connect, and achieve their goals.
